A complete remodel in our terms means the house came back to framing across most of its footprint, and structure, systems, and envelope were all addressed before finishes went in. Not every project that looks transformed qualifies. A house that got a new kitchen, new floors, and paint is a fine piece of work and it is a different category. We keep the distinction because it matters to what things cost.
