FIT-OUTS AND SHELLS.
Each commercial record notes the occupancy type, the scope, and whether the business kept trading through the work. That last one matters more than it looks. A fit-out completed in an empty shell and the same fit-out completed around a working business are different projects with different sequencing, and only one of them should be quoted as though it were simple.

The work here is tenant improvements, small shells, and light commercial remodels. That is the band we are built for and the band we stay in. If your project is larger than what you see on this page, we would rather say so at the first conversation than be the contractor learning on it.
